UK, US & international change-of-mind returns
We accept change-of-mind returns from the UK, United States and other international destinations. You can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
How to request a return
1. Log in to your account
- Visit account.streetgarms.com.
- Select “Login with email”.
- Enter the email address used for your order.
- Use the login code sent to your email.
2. Submit the request
- Open the Orders section and select the relevant order.
- Choose “Request a Return” and follow the prompts.
- Wait for our confirmation email and return instructions before sending the item.
Item condition
You may inspect and try on an item in the same way that you reasonably could in a shop.
Please return the item with any labels, accessories and authentication materials supplied with it. If handling beyond what is reasonably necessary reduces the item’s value, we may make a deduction where permitted by law.
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for arranging and paying the direct cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until the return has been completed.
Refund amount
When an entire eligible UK order is cancelled, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned item or items; and
- The standard outbound delivery charge paid, currently £3.99.
If you selected a more expensive delivery service, the refund for outbound delivery is limited to the equivalent cost of our standard service. If the order qualified for free delivery, there is no outbound delivery charge to refund.
We do not charge a restocking or administration fee for exercising your cancellation rights.
Refund timing
We aim to inspect returned items and issue eligible refunds within two working days of receiving them.
Refunds are issued without undue delay and within the time required by UK consumer law after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they have been sent back. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds.
Exchanges
Every Street Garms item is one-of-one, so we cannot offer the same product in another size, colour or condition.
If an exchange is approved, you may choose another item that is currently available. Exchanges are subject to availability, and the replacement item is not reserved until we confirm the exchange.
- If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid before it is dispatched.
- If the replacement item costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
Alternatively, an eligible online purchase can be returned for a refund in line with this policy. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm the available options and return instructions.
Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items
Contact support@streetgarms.com as soon as possible if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs where relevant.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer legislation are not affected by this policy.

International orders returned to us
If an international parcel is returned to Street Garms because customs duties, taxes or import fees were not paid, delivery was refused, the parcel was not collected, or the destination carrier or customs authority returned it to us for reasons outside our control, the original outbound international delivery charge is non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
If Street Garms incurs customs charges, return-to-sender fees, carrier charges or other reasonable costs to receive the parcel back, those costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect.
