Our product review process
How we review every item
Every item is reviewed individually before it is listed. We check authenticity, assess condition and record the details customers need to make an informed purchase.
Authenticity checks
We assess the details relevant to the brand, model and age of the item. These may include materials, construction, labels, stitching, hardware, branding and product identifiers.
Condition assessment
We inspect the item for wear, marks, damage, repairs and missing parts, then assign the condition shown on the product page.
Measurements and details
Where relevant, we record garment measurements and product information such as size, colour, season, model or ART number.
Individually photographed
Each one-of-one item is photographed individually. Customers should review the images and description for the exact piece they will receive.
Listed with clear information
Items we are not satisfied with are not offered for sale. Any condition points identified during the review are reflected in the photographs or description.
Certilogo and product codes
Where a product was originally issued with Certilogo, we use the label as part of our checks. This applies to relevant items from brands such as Stone Island, C.P. Company and Palm Angels. Codes may be hidden in listing photographs to prevent misuse; contact us after purchase if you need the code.
Many genuine items do not have Certilogo, including older pieces and products from brands outside the programme. These are reviewed using the checks relevant to the individual item.
Questions about an item?
If you have a concern about authenticity, condition or the description, email us with your order number and clear photographs before removing labels or altering the item. We will review the information and explain the next steps. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
