Are all of your items authentic?
Yes. Every item is reviewed by Street Garms before it is listed. The checks used depend on the brand, model, age and type of product and may include materials, construction, labels, stitching, hardware, branding and product identifiers.
Where a product was originally issued with Certilogo, we use the label as part of our checks. Codes may be concealed in listing photographs to prevent misuse and can be provided after purchase where available. Many genuine older items and products from brands outside the Certilogo programme do not carry a Certilogo label.

Every item is reviewed before listing, orders are sent with tracked delivery, and eligible online purchases are covered by our Returns Policy.
What condition are the items in?
Most products are pre-owned. Each listing includes a condition grade, individual photographs and any condition details identified during our review. Our condition grades are Good, Great, Fantastic and Like New.
Please review the full listing carefully, as every item is one-of-one and the photographs show the exact piece you will receive.
What does one-of-one mean?
Each product listing represents one individual item with one available unit. Once it is sold, the same item cannot normally be restocked. Similar pieces may become available later, but they will have their own photographs, measurements and condition details.
How should I choose a size?
Use the size and measurements shown on the product page and compare them with a similar garment you already own. Brand sizing and vintage fits can vary, so the measurements are usually the most reliable guide.
How much is UK delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is £3.99, or free when your basket totals £100 or more. Orders are normally dispatched within one to two working days. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 parcels on the next working day after dispatch, but this is not guaranteed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery is available at a flat rate of £15. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. For eligible UK online orders, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the order and then have a further 14 days to return it. Change-of-mind return postage is arranged and paid by the customer.

Can I exchange an item?
Every item is one-of-one, so we cannot offer the same product in another size, colour or condition. If an exchange is approved, you may choose another item that is currently available, subject to stock.
If the replacement costs more, the difference must be paid before dispatch. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method. You can also return an eligible online purchase for a refund in line with our Returns Policy.
Do you buy clothing?
