Condition labels are only useful when they are applied consistently. Street Garms uses four used-condition grades — Like New, Fantastic, Great and Good — with Brand New with Tags shown separately where applicable. Product photos and any specific defects provide the detail behind the overall label.
Brand New with Tags
This is separate from the four used-condition grades. It is used for pieces listed as new with their original retail tags attached. The product photos and description still take priority if there are any storage marks or other condition points.
Like New
Very close to new in overall presentation, with little or no obvious evidence of wear.
Fantastic
Lightly worn and in very strong overall condition, without noticeable flaws in normal inspection.
Great
A used piece that can show normal wear. Any notable flaws should be called out in the listing and shown where relevant.
Good
A more visibly used piece where multiple flaws or stronger signs of wear can be present. Those condition points should be photographed and described.
Why the photos still matter
A single grade cannot describe every cuff mark, repaired pinhole or fabric change. Always use the detailed product photos and description alongside the overall condition label.
Technical fabrics need extra context
On membrane, coated, down-filled or highly treated garments, a defect can matter more than a simple cosmetic mark. Delamination, heavy coating loss or compromised insulation should be considered separately from general wear.
